A little update on our house!… We requested to have the price reduced due to it needing a new roof- and they accepted! Woohooo!!!! Now we not only will have our new house, but they will be a new roof on it as well! We won’t have to worry about it for 30 years!!!! I’m so happy! Now I can work on saving for the last couple buckets of paint and for appliances!!!
