Q: Do you take product suggestions/requests?

- I love to receive suggestions and requests! Part of my job is making sure designers get the design tools they want & need for their projects!... and I'm always up for a challenge! So ask away!

Q: Will you be adding actions/styles/custom shapes to your shop:

- I'm working on it and plan on having some added very soon, so stay tuned for that! :)

Q: I can't find my downloads on my computer, can you reset my order?

-Of course! Just let me know which order you need resetting and I'll reset it for you. I can not always reset freebie links, however, because I don't have enough room to keep all product files in my server files. Sometimes I still have them, so it doesn't hurt to ask! If the product you ordered has since been expired, I may not be able to reset the link, either, but I'll do my best to get it back for you.

Q: Do I need a license to use your products commercially?

-Nope! All of my products are OK for both commercial use and scrap for hire (S4H/S4O) usage for digital scrapbook design, and I don't require credit, either! You can find my most recently updated TOU here.
